Colin Young

Colin Young is currently the Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at ICF, a role they have held since April 2025. Previously, Colin worked for ICF in various positions including CBOSS Operating Group and CIT Finance Director, Accounting Operations Director, and Divisional Business Manager. Before joining ICF, they served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Serco - North America from 2010 to 2013 and as a Senior Associate at KPMG Audit from 2005 to 2009. Colin earned a BBA in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from The College of William and Mary and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
