D.M. Stoneman currently serves as the Sr. Director for Canada at ICF, leading national operations, managing client relationships, and overseeing financial health and growth strategies. Previous roles include Director leading the C&I portfolio for Canada and Central US, as well as Director of Energy Efficiency Programming responsible for government and utility initiatives. Stoneman has extensive experience in operation management as the Director of Operations at Eco Innovation Engineering Ltd and as Co-Founder, Director of Operations and Strategy at Thinkwell Shift. Additional experience includes Program Director at Summerhill Group and positions as an Environmental Specialist at Dillon Consulting Limited and the Eco-Efficiency Centre. D.M. Stoneman holds a Master’s degree in Resource and Environmental Management from Dalhousie University and an Executive Education credential in Business Essentials from the Haskayne School of Business.
