Dale R.

Dale R. is a Senior Biologist and Project Manager with ICF, contributing to the Environment and Planning Division since 2011. Expertise includes preparing documents for compliance with environmental laws such as NEPA and CEQA, conducting wetland delineation for Clean Water Act Section 404 compliance, and developing Biological Assessments for USFWS and ESA Section 7 compliance.
