Darlene Hamilton

Darlene Hamilton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various organizations. Currently serving as Technical Director at ICF International since July 2008, Darlene has previously held the position of Executive Director at Northwest Institute of Research from 2000 to 2008 and Associate Executive Director at YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh from 1990 to 2000. Darlene holds an MBA in Business from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 1982 and 1985, and a BA in Social Welfare from Penn State University, completed from 1969 to 1972.
