Dave Roe

Dave Roe is a research science and methodology expert with over 20 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection across academic, nonprofit, and private sectors. Currently, they serve as the Director of Research Design and Data Services at ICF, leading a team focused on survey data capture lifecycle. Previously, Roe held senior roles at Survey Sciences Group, RTI International, and Abt Associates, where they specialized in mixed-mode data collection and mentored emerging research talent. They earned both a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati.
