David Burch

David Burch is the Vice President of Health Sciences at ICF, where they provide risk assessment and health sciences consulting services to federal clients. They previously served as an Environmental Scientist at ICF and as a Risk Assessor at Earth Tech, focusing on human health and ecological risk assessments. Earlier in their career, David was a Chemist at RTI International, conducting organic chemical synthesis for medicinal chemistry research. David holds a Master of Environmental Management in Environmental Chemistry and Risk Assessment from Duke University, where they also earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
