David Goodman is a Lead Advanced Learning Technology Specialist and senior artist/producer with extensive experience in instructional design and training development. A former U.S. Army Sergeant First Class, they served as an Instructor/Writer in the TRADOC for four years. Currently, David works at ICF, creating innovative digital products for a wide range of clients, and has been a content creator and producer for Pale Horse Outdoors since 2021. With three decades of skills in various design and development tools, David is also recognized as an Agile Leader and Consultant, having held roles as a Certified Scrum Master and Functional Project Manager. They hold a BSBA in Finance/Economics from The University of Southern Mississippi.
