David Marcus

David Marcus, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Program Management at ICF since February 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager at Incentive Technology Group from February 2014 to January 2020, where David led the facilities management practice area and supported the GSA's Maximo asset management system. Additionally, David worked as a Strategy and Operations Consultant at Deloitte from July 2012 to February 2014, focusing on asset management policy procedures for the FBI. Earlier, David was a Senior Consultant at International Business Machines from August 2008 to July 2012, assisting various clients, including the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and the New York City Housing Authority. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and Economics from Penn State University.
