Dione Laratta

Dione Laratta is a highly experienced professional in project management and strategic business analysis, currently serving as Senior Director at ICF since March 2012. In this role, Dione leads the Project Management Office, focusing on complex program management, process improvement, and establishing project governance frameworks. Previous positions at ICF include Director of the Disaster Management Division, where Dione managed projects with a budget of $600 million, and Sr Project Manager for significant FEMA-related services. Earlier experience includes Project Manager at Petrobras, where Dione managed a $30 billion budget, and roles at ANP, ONS, Banco BBM, and Coca-Cola.
