Divya Boddu

Divya Boddu is an experienced Energy Markets Consultant at ICF since August 2018, specializing in advising developers and investors on various aspects of energy markets, including transmission congestion and renewable due diligence for solar, storage, and wind assets in the U.S. Prior to this role, Divya served as a Senior Consultant at PwC from July 2007 to March 2017, where responsibilities included leading advisory engagements across energy markets, electricity regulations, and renewable energy strategies. Notable achievements include managing transaction advisory projects for energy-efficient lighting across 50 municipalities and developing business plans for a leading renewable power generation company focused on 3000 MW wind projects. Divya holds an M.Tech in Power Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from Andhra University.
