Doug White is a seasoned professional in disaster recovery with extensive experience in project management. Currently serving as Vice President at ICF since August 2018, Doug has also held the position of Executive Vice President at DMS Disaster Recovery since January 2013. Significant projects include managing recovery efforts for Livingston Parish Public Schools and Lawrence Union Free School District after the 2016 floods and Superstorm Sandy, respectively, as well as overseeing a grant for South Nassau Communities Hospital. Additionally, Doug worked on recovery initiatives in Puerto Rico post-Hurricane Maria. Previously, Doug served as Senior Disaster Recovery Specialist at James Lee Witt Associates, where responsibilities included advising on recovery efforts for the Louisiana Governor's Office of Homeland Security. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Alabama, earned between 1980 and 1984.
