Dwayne Menefee

Dwayne Menefee, BA, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the United States Air Force and related organizations. Currently serving as a Quality Manager for the United States Air Force since July 2021, Dwayne also holds the position of Program Management Analyst at ICF since June 2020. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager (Chief Enlisted Manager) from May 2018 to June 2020, Senior Project Manager at Air Combat Command from August 2013 to May 2018, Lead Project Manager at Robins Air Force Base from March 2012 to August 2013, and Project Manager from March 2011 to March 2012 in the United States Air Force.
