Ed Ramadan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and Agile transformation, currently serving as Vice President at ICF since November 2020, following a tenure as Senior Director at the same company. Prior roles include Director of Delivery at Alethix LLC and Senior Program Management Consultant at Celerity.
