Emily Carr

Emily Carr is a Manager specializing in Climate Change and Sustainability at ICF since July 2022, where responsibilities include developing decarbonization plans for state and local governments and leading transportation sector modeling for the CO2Sight platform. Previous roles include positions as a Climate Change and Sustainability Specialist and Analyst at the University of California, Berkeley, and experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at Cornell University's Energy and the Environment Research Laboratory, where analysis focused on smart thermostat data and CO2e emissions impacts. Emily also interned at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, gaining experience in designing mechanical support equipment for environmental instruments.
