Emily Golla

Emily Golla serves as a Director at ICF, where expertise spans climate change and sustainability, with a focus on GHG emissions inventories, life-cycle assessments, and compliance with Montreal Protocol regulations. Golla's experience also includes supporting the phaseout of ODS and HFC, identifying F-gas alternatives, and developing data analysis tools. Prior roles include internships at the Clean Energy Coalition and the Clean Air Task Force. Golla holds a BA in Environment from the University of Michigan and an MS in Energy Policy and Climate from The Johns Hopkins University.
