Emily Masker

Emily Masker is an accomplished Energy Efficiency Analyst at ICF, with a solid background in public policy and environmental science. Previously, Emily served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy, where responsibilities included marketing the Master's program and managing applicant communications. Additional experience includes roles at APCO Worldwide and the U.S. Department of Energy, where Emily contributed to climate policy research and development. Emily's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Policy, both from the University of Maryland.
