Eric Kruthers

Eric Kruthers, MBA, MS-LDT, PSM-I, is an intrapreneur and entrepreneur with over fifteen years of experience in project, operations, and training management. Currently serving as an Instructional Design Consultant, Eric has extensive experience in instructional design and has utilized models such as ADDIE and Learning Design Thinking. Past roles include various leadership and instructional positions in the US Army, where Eric successfully directed training programs for diverse groups. Additionally, Eric has held multiple managerial and analyst positions at ICF and Creative Systems and Consulting, fostering interagency and international collaboration. Eric is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
