Erik Smallwood, M.S., PHR, is a dynamic human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management across both private and public sectors. Erik has contributed significantly to various companies, including ICF, Mohawk Industries, and UPS, in roles ranging from Senior Human Capital Consultant to Organizational Development Supervisor. With a strong foundation in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Erik has designed training programs, developed performance metrics, and implemented strategic HR initiatives to enhance workforce effectiveness. Erik holds a B.S. in Psychology from The University of Georgia and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
