Gabriel Muñoz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in disaster recovery and policy management. Currently serving as Disaster Recovery Manager at ICF since October 2019, Gabriel previously held the position of Acting Associate Director of Policy at the NYC Mayor's Office of Housing Recovery Operations from April 2017 to October 2019. Earlier roles include Compliance Manager at CB&I and Housing Advisor/Trainer at the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. Gabriel began a legal career as a Law Clerk at Baker, Sanders, Barshay, Grossman, Fass, Muhlstock & Neuwirth, LLC, and completed an internship at the Nassau County Legal Aid Society.
