Gary Clendenin

Principal Environmental Scientist

Gary Clendenin, PG, is a seasoned environmental scientist and professional geologist specializing in contaminant hydrogeology and groundwater resource consulting. They have over 30 years of experience, including roles as Principal Environmental Scientist at ICF since 1999 and as Manager at Arthur D. Little Inc from 1999 to 2004. Gary has also contributed to Hoag Hospital's marketing efforts in a volunteer capacity since 2019. They have served as an instructor of Geological and Earth Sciences at West Virginia University - Parkersburg, and they hold advanced degrees from Ohio University and Marietta College. In addition to their professional pursuits, Gary is passionate about fitness, actively participating in bike racing, swimming, and triathlons, including Ironman competitions.
