George Lowden

George Lowden is a Senior Vice President and Director of the Corporate Project Management Office at ICF, where they assist in launching and managing projects while developing guidance on effective practices. With nearly four decades of experience in project and program management, George has worked across various sectors and complexities of projects, emphasizing the importance of problem definition. They have represented the U.S. as Head of Delegation to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and contributed to the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a member of the Global Executive Council. George holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics with Distinction and Honors from Stanford University.
