George Marcelle

George Marcelle is currently serving as the Technical Director at ICF Macro International. They have extensive experience as a Senior Technical Specialist at ICF International since 1990, where they have contributed as a senior writer and content advisor for the SAMHSA Underage Drinking Prevention Education Initiative. Prior to this, George worked as a Public Information Officer for the National Council on Alcoholism & Drug Dependence from 1975 to 1989. George's education includes studies at the University of Hard Knocks, where they majored in "BS" and earned various degrees from 1950 to 2009.
