Giovannina D.

Giovannina D. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director and Federal Lead at ICF since November 2021, Giovannina also holds the position of Vice President for University Relations on the Board of the PSU Alumni Association Central Maryland since July 2019. Previously, Giovannina held significant positions at Leidos as Director of Strategic Initiatives, at The Johns Hopkins University as Director of Corporate Partnerships, and at FEI Systems as Vice President of Federal and IT Services & Solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Health Solutions at Optum, United Health Group. Giovannina's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland, a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University, and fellowship experience as an ACT IAC Fellow.
