They possess extensive experience working with adult learners, managing high-profile training projects, and developing engaging learning solutions for various clinical and non-clinical audiences. Gloria has held several key roles, including Sr. Instructor/Instructional Design Lead at Kaiser Permanente and has contributed to numerous healthcare organizations, facilitating the transition to Epic EMR systems through targeted training and support. They have also been involved in founding educational initiatives, such as serving as a founding faculty member and school administrator at Manara Academy.
