Heather Welch

Heather Welch is the Lead JSAM-JSF Test Analyst at JRAD, with over ten years of specialized experience in logistics and test and evaluation. They have worked extensively in both OCONUS environments and various analytical roles, supporting military operations in Afghanistan and coordinating test scenarios for multiple programs. Currently part of the Defense Acquisition University, Heather has earned a reputation for effective communication and dedicated support throughout their career. They hold multiple degrees in education and have an active SECRET clearance.
