Heidi Hubbard is a Vice President at ICF, leading a portfolio of environmental health science professionals that supports human health risk assessment across various specialties. Their extensive background includes roles as a Physical Scientist at the US EPA, where they conducted post-doctoral research on exposure to diesel exhaust, and as an Environmental Engineer, where they investigated perfluorinated alkyl acids in consumer products. Heidi began their consulting career as an exposure scientist, building on their graduate research at the University of Texas, where they earned both an MS and PhD in Environmental Engineering. Their work influences scientific decision-making for federal clients, enhancing program impact and transparency.
