Henry Mendoza

Henry Mendoza is a seasoned professional dedicated to enhancing the operations of mission-driven organizations. An MD by training, they transitioned from a career in medicine to non-profit leadership, specializing in program and budget management, community outreach, and strategic planning. Henry began at PACO, where they advanced from program intake coordinator to program manager, and later held senior roles at RECAP and Zuks Construction. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at ICF, Henry focuses on optimizing energy service programs and has successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets while fostering high-performing teams. Committed to community service, Henry is also an active member of their parish and local First Aid Squad, engaging in medical mission work internationally.
