Holly Jorgensen is a Senior Environmental Planner at ICF since June 2022 and has served as the Executive Director of the Sacramento River Watershed Program since November 2011, where efforts focus on promoting regional planning and enhancing watershed partnerships. Jorgensen has also held the role of Conference Director for the California Water Policy Conference from June 2021 to January 2023 and worked as a Watershed Management Consultant for the Deer Creek Watershed Conservancy from December 2004 to October 2011. Earlier experience includes an internship as an Education Coordinator for the Cottonwood Creek Watershed Group. Holly Jorgensen holds a BA in Sociology and a BS in Parks and Natural Resources Management from California State University, Chico, as well as a Master of Arts in Geography with a specialization in Environmental Policy and Planning. Additionally, Jorgensen has participated in various training programs related to river advocacy and water education.
