Howard Finkel is a registered environmental engineer with 40 years of experience in environmental science, engineering, and regulatory analysis. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at ICF International since March 1999, Howard has expertise in waste management, pollution prevention, environmental management systems, risk assessment, and environmental site assessments. Previously, Howard held positions including Vice President and Project Manager at ICF International and worked as an Analyst-Sr. Associate at JRB Associates.
