Ian Stout

Ian Stout is a Senior Energy and Sustainability Outreach Specialist at ICF, where they manage a portfolio of account managers and advise Department of Energy staff and program partners. Ian has over four years of experience in outreach, with a focus on energy policy, and previously held positions at the U.S. Department of State and the American Clean Power Association. They also served as an English Teaching Assistant with the Fulbright Program and completed internships with various organizations, including the International Trade Administration. Ian earned a Master's Degree in International Relations and Energy Policy from Georgetown University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and German from Grinnell College.
