Isabel Bradbury

Isabel Bradbury is a Senior Consultant in Food & Environmental Policy at ICF, where they contribute to advancing sustainable food practices. Previously, they worked as a Junior Researcher at Wren&Co, focusing on sustainable dietary change, and served as a Sustainability Assistant and later as the Pret Foundation Manager at Pret A Manger, where they led initiatives to reduce food waste through effective food donation programs. Isabel holds a Master’s degree in Food Policy from City, University of London, where they graduated with distinction, and a BA in Geography from the University of Exeter.
