J. David Ryder

J. David Ryder is a Senior Economist at ICF, leveraging over 10 years of experience in conducting benefit-cost, uncertainty, spatial, and economic impact analyses. They hold a Master of Science degree in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Science from Gettysburg College. J. David has collaborated with more than 30 federal, state, and commercial clients, specializing in contract management and project management, as well as developing dynamic economic models. Previously, they assisted in energy audits and engaged in various economic consulting roles, providing substantial support to governmental agencies and organizations.
