James E. Daniel

James E. Daniel is the EVP, General Counsel at ICF. Prior to joining ICF, James served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Serco - North America from December 2008 to October 2013. James also served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at SI International, Inc. from May 1999 to December 2008 and as University Counsel at the University of Memphis from August 1994 to May 1999. James began their career as Manager at Network Management Inc. from October 1988 to June 1991.

James E. Daniel attended Mount Vernon High School and then went on to study finance and management at Virginia Tech, where they earned their B.S. James then attended The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where they earned their J.D.
