Jason Cadwell

Jason Cadwell, MBA, is an accomplished Senior Manager of Government Compliance at ICF, bringing over 10 years of experience in the government contract compliance industry. They have a deep understanding of government regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and CAS, along with extensive experience in incurred cost submissions, provisional billing rates, and DCAA audits. Previously, Jason held roles as a Managing Consultant at Aprio and Aronson LLC, as well as a Senior Auditor at the Defense Contract Audit Agency, where they developed strong leadership and teamwork skills that consistently achieved quality results. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
