Jeff Galas serves as the Lead Data Scientist at ICF, where responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of incentive adjustments to approximately $400 billion in Medicare payments and developing validation tools in Spark/Scala. Prior to ICF, Jeff held various roles at M&T Bank, including Senior Advanced Analytics Analyst, where contributions involved building customer behavior models and establishing best practices for model management. Additional experience includes leading technical reviews in Model Risk Management, research roles at Ai Cure Technologies and the Research Foundation of CUNY, as well as editorial positions in the publishing industry. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Mathematics and has robust academic credentials in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Psychology.
