Jeffrey Meek is a seasoned professional in climate resilience and sustainability with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Climate Resilience Consultant at ICF since April 2022, Jeffrey leads climate vulnerability assessments and supports clients in GHG emissions analysis and climate action plans. Previously, as the Sustainability Coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Jeffrey developed critical reports focusing on resilience practices. In the role of Project Manager for the City of Indianapolis, Jeffrey established the city’s first Sustainability and Resilience Action Plan and organized public engagement initiatives. Jeffrey's background is supported by a Master's of Science in Environmental Science and a Master's in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a BS in Biology and Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University.
