Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer Johnson has extensive experience in early childhood education and program administration, currently serving as a Child Care Development Fund Technical Assistance Specialist and Child Care State Systems Specialist at ICF since January 2019. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked with the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood as the Head Start Collaboration Director and Director of Quality Improvement from June 2016 to January 2019. Jennifer also held the position of Program Administrator and Assistant Director of Programs and Educational Services at the North Carolina Division of Child Development and Early Education from May 2013 to June 2016. Additionally, Jennifer was the Developmental Education Department Chair at Vance-Granville Community College from January 1999 to May 2013. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from UNC Greensboro.
