Jennifer Trezza, MS, is the founder of Salt+Grit, where they design and facilitate innovation workshops in natural environments. As a human-centered design subject matter expert, Jennifer currently supports the Children’s Bureau within the US Department of Health and Human Services. Their previous experience includes strategic roles in organizations such as SmithGroup and WDG Architecture, where they enhanced marketing and communication strategies. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design.
