Jessica H.

Jessica H. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004. They began their career as an Administrative Assistant at the Jewish Communal Fund from 2005 to 2006 and subsequently served as the National Outreach Coordinator for the Jewish Council for Public Affairs until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Jessica worked at ICF International, progressing through roles such as Strategic Communication and Marketing Associate and later as Strategic Marketing and Communications Senior Associate. Afterward, they held various positions at ICF, including Energy, Environment, and Transportation Senior Associate, Marketing Director, and Senior Marketing Account Manager, concluding their tenure in 2012.
