Jessica Steinberg is a seasoned marketing and communications expert with extensive experience in talent marketing and employer branding. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Marketing & HR Communications at ICF since October 2017, Jessica has successfully established a global marketing function that enhances ICF's Employer Brand across multiple markets. Previous roles include Director of Employment Brand & Recruitment Marketing at CDK Global, where Jessica built a creative agency-style team to support evolving hiring needs, and Manager of Employment Brand & Recruitment Marketing at ADP, where Jessica led a significant rebranding initiative and implemented innovative talent attraction strategies.
