Joane Guiadem

Joane Guiadem is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Lead Project Finance Controller at ICF since December 2019, overseeing the financial management of a $300M+ portfolio across more than 35 countries, particularly in francophone Africa. Previous roles include Senior Project Finance Controller at ICF, where responsibilities encompassed revenue recognition and budget preparation, and GHSCO Corporate Finance Manager at Chemonics International, where Joane played a key role in a $9.5 billion USAID project. Joane also has experience in field accounting support and finance operations at Chemonics, providing training and process analysis to enhance compliance and efficiency. Joane holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Boston University, a Master's in Corporate Finance from NEOMA Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Sales and Distribution from the Catholic University of Central Africa.
