Joe Colbert is an experienced operations and finance leader with a strong background in real estate appraisal and senior living payroll management, having previously served as a Partner Real Estate Appraiser at Appraisal Associates of MD and NVA and a Payroll Associate at Sunrise Senior Living. Joe held various senior finance and operations roles at ICF from 2014 to 2021, where responsibilities included P&L management and overseeing commercial energy efficiency programs across North America. Passionate about volunteering and mentoring, Joe actively seeks to foster growth and development in others while contributing value to both paid and volunteer positions. With a degree in Accounting and Finance from Northern Virginia Community College, Joe continuously seeks out mentorship and drives change through innovative practices.
