John Clinger

John Clinger is a highly experienced professional in the energy and sustainability sector, currently serving as the Director at ICF since January 2022. With a career spanning over a decade, John has held various roles at ICF, including Senior Managing Consultant and Managing Consultant, beginning in March 2019. Prior experience includes a position as a Faculty Researcher at the University of Delaware, where John contributed to significant advancements in thin film solar cell technology and electrical properties characterization. As an NSF-IGERT Fellow in Sustainable Energy, John developed innovative materials for photoelectrochemical cells and engaged in collaborations related to renewable energy. John holds dual MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and a BCE degree in Computer Engineering, all from the University of Delaware.
