John Cook

John Cook, AICP, is a Managing Director in Environmental Planning at ICF, where they lead complex CEQA/NEPA projects and manage significant teams and budgets. They have previously held roles as Director of Environmental Services at Circlepoint and Project Manager at MIG, Inc, contributing to high-profile infrastructure projects including the California High-Speed Rail. They also volunteered at California State Parks and began their career in administrative roles at Harvard University and InterSystems. John holds a Master of City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in American Studies from Colby College.
