John Oppy is a retired award-winning learning and development leader with extensive experience in organizational strategy and training. They held various roles at Xerox, including General Manager of Services Development, where they established the Document Advisor Program, and Director of Global Learning Strategy and Development, transforming eLearning design to enhance participant satisfaction. John also worked with Conduent as a Principal Business Consultant, developing customer communication strategies for Fortune 100 companies. Since 2019, they have been the Director of Learning and Development at ICF, leading a team in implementing transformative projects globally.
