John Venezia serves as the Vice President of Climate Change and Sustainability at ICF since May 2008, leading the Climate Planning practice to assist clients in decarbonization and sustainability efforts. This role encompasses providing strategic advice, implementation support, and evaluation services to governmental bodies, multi- and bilateral funding institutions, and commercial clients. Prior to ICF, John held various positions at the World Resources Institute, advancing from Associate to Senior Manager between December 2006 and April 2008, and held a managerial role at ICF International from 1998 to 2006. John Venezia earned a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science & Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Environmental Science & Policy from Duke University.
