Josh Smith

Josh Smith is a director of public policy at ICF, where they lead efforts to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in collaboration with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's ENERGY STAR program. With over 20 years of experience, Josh has worked as a consultant and analyst to support various EPA initiatives and analyze key energy policies. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Public Policy at The Johns Hopkins University, alongside a Bachelor’s in Mineral Economics from Penn State University. Their expertise encompasses clean energy, energy efficiency, decarbonization, and renewable energy incentives.
