Josh Webb

Josh Webb, CPTD, CPT/CES, LSSBB, currently serves as the Director of HR Transformation and Governance at ICF, a position held since November 2012. In this role, Josh drives operational excellence and change management within HR, implementing a continuous improvement framework and training programs for HR team members. Previous positions at ICF include Director of Learning Operations, where Josh led a global team to create diverse training solutions, and Senior Manager roles in Learning Operations and Learning & Development, focusing on needs analysis and strategic partnerships. Josh also has experience as a Personal Trainer and Business Consultant at nZone and holds various fitness coaching roles prior to that. Educationally, Josh earned a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland and is pursuing a Master of Science in Management with a focus in Project Management from Strayer University.
