Julia Dalla Rosa

Julia Dalla Rosa is the Vice President of Digital Modernization & Experience at ICF, where they hold various roles, including Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Senior Director in multiple capacities. Julia previously served as the Director of Business Development at ecobee and was the Vice President of Business Development & Services at Zerofootprint. They have extensive experience in strategic alliances and business development within the public and corporate sectors, having worked at organizations like Summerhill Group and Pollution Probe. Julia is currently pursuing a certificate at the Kellogg School of Management and holds a Master of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, alongside a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) from Queen's University.
