They have held various significant roles, including Senior Technical Expert at ICF and Director at Blue Resources Ltd, where they focus on sustainable solutions to ocean management challenges. Julian has provided strategic and technical advice to governments and organizations worldwide, advocating for stakeholder engagement and the integration of innovative technologies in marine conservation. They hold a Ph.D. in International Maritime Policy and an MSc in Marine Resource Management and have contributed extensively to environmental policies and programmes at national and international levels.
